Founded in 2015 by visionary leaders at the KNUCH, we take pride in evolving our traditions as a community serving hospital.

In the coming decade we will continue to develop our programs, pursue our community towards diversity and global education, training, and further strengthen our relationships with national and global neighbors.

We are committed to advancing interprofessional models of health education and healthcare delivery, and creating and applying new knowledge to improve healthy outcomes through new programs of collaboration and partnership in education, clinical practice, research and community service.

We have made it our mission to anticipate and satisfy the needs of patients and families from every corner of the globe. We offer innovative, world-class healthcare, just as important, we offer world-class service. The team of experts in our Center is dedicated exclusively to supporting your family and making your experience as smooth and worry-free as possible, both inside and outside the hospital.

Our attentive, multilingual staff is here to answer all of your questions and arrange all the details of your visit. We provide comprehensive support services -- including help with visas, travel arrangements, housing, translation, and more -- and we assign your family a personal case coordinator. When you arrive at Kyungpook National University Medical Center, your coordinator will be at your side and will serve as your guide to the hospital, providing expert insight and assistance at every stage of patients’ care, from the initial consultation to diagnosis, treatment, and planning for the return home.
